'The Herd': Bortles explains what impresses him most about elite QBs

Blake Bortles has shown some significant progress in his second season.

But the Jaguars starting quarterback understands he has room to grow. Bortles, who joined 'The Herd' on Tuesday, explained what he is most impressed by when he watches the veteran quarterbacks like Tom Brady, Drew Brees and Peyton Manning play.

"You see them doing more no-huddle," Bortles said. "It's because they have more ownership of the offense. They have the answers to the test before they take the test.

"That's a tribute to their preparation during the week and all the football they've seen through the years."

Bortles, who was the No. 3 overall pick in the 2014 Draft, has thrown 17 touchdowns and 10 interceptions in his second season.
