Chargers' Rivers set for another start despite flu bout
San Diego quarterback Philip Rivers was set for his 157th consecutive start Sunday at Kansas City despite a bout with the flu, and New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis was active against Tennessee after missing two games with a concussion.
Rivers will be without receivers Stevie Johnson (groin) and Dontrelle Inman (neck) against the Chiefs, who are missing All-Pro pass rusher Justin Houston because of a hyperextended left knee.
Revis returned to practice during the week and was a full participant Friday, but needed to pass one more test in the NFL's concussion protocol to be cleared to play Sunday.
Cincinnati is facing Pittsburgh's high-powered offense without starting cornerback Adam ''Pacman'' Jones, who was walking on the field with his sore right foot in a boot before the game. It's the second game Jones has missed because of the injury.
San Francisco running back Shaun Draughn, cut by Cleveland earlier this season, starts against the Browns after Carlos Hyde was placed on injured reserve Saturday with a stress fracture in his left foot. Also, 49ers linebacker Corey Lemonier starts for Aaron Lynch, who has a concussion.
St. Louis cornerback Janoris Jenkins (concussion) is inactive after missing practice all week.
Detroit receiver Lance Moore is out for the second straight week with an ankle injury. He had been listed as questionable.
Indianapolis receiver Phillip Dorsett, a first-round pick, is active for the first time since breaking his left leg Oct. 25 against New Orleans.
