College football never disappoints and Saturday it gave us our most shocking upset of the season, when Penn State stunned No. 2 Ohio State, 24-21, in Happy Valley.

Leading 21-17 in the fourth quarter, Ohio State rushed out its field-goal unit on fourth down. Penn State's Marcus Allen blocked the 45-yard attempt by Tyler Durbin, and Grant Haley picked up the ball and returned it 60 yards for the game-winnng score. Video of the play is below.

The blocked kick gave Penn State the lead, one it would never relinquish, and gave James Franklin his first win over a ranked team since arriving in Happy Valley. The Nittany Lions outscored Urban Meyer's Buckeyes 17-0 in the final quarter before 107,280 at Beaver Stadium.

The win shakes up the College Football Playoff race; Ohio State likely needs to win out to make the final four, which would include a win over Michigan, as well as a victory in the Big Ten title game.
