Lineup calls: Orton takes on Dallas

The fantasy infirmary worked overtime over the past 48-to-72 hours, with many of our usual heroes carted onto the trainer's table or dunked into the giant ice tubs. We've heard the name "Dr. James Andrews" more than a few times this weekend between the college and pro games. He's good, without a doubt, but I get a little chill down my spine when I hear Dr. Andrews referenced in a conversation.
