Mike Trout knows how to make an entrance -- with an assist from social media.
When Trout landed in Phoenix for spring training on Monday, the Angels star slugger and outfielder was greeted by 200 fans in the airport.
"I shouldn't have tweeted that I was flying in," Trout jokingly told reporters on Tuesday when he reported ito Tempe on Tuesday.

Trout will meet with the media on Wednesday after his first official workout.
Trout, who finished second (again) in the American League Most Valuable Player voting behind Miguel Cabrera in 2013, hit .323 with 27 home runs, 97 RBI and 39 stolen bases last season.
