Update: Rain forces postponement of Sprint Cup race at Richmond

The Toyota Owners 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Richmond International Raceway has officially been postponed by rain. The race has been rescheduled for 1 p.m. ET  Sunday on FOX.

Steady rains, cold temperatures and an uncertain forecast forced NASCAR to call off the race.

Joey Logano will start from the pole Sunday in his Team Penske Ford, flanked by the Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota of Denny Hamlin, who won Friday night's NASCAR XFINITY Series race. The Chevrolets of Kurt BuschAJ Allmendinger and 2014 Sprint Cup SeriesKevin Harvick complete the top five.
