France's Sebastien Ogier wins Jordan Rally

Sebastien Ogier of France won the Jordan Rally on Saturday by the narrowest margin in World Rally Championship history.

The Citroen driver finished the two-day event 0.2 seconds ahead of second-place Jari-Matti Latvala of Finland. Defending world champion Sebastien Loeb of France finished third, 27 minutes 0.7 seconds behind Ogier.

After four rounds, Citroen driver Loeb leads the WRC standings with 74 points, two ahead of Mikko Hirvonen. Ogier, who trails by five points, had a time of 2 hours, 48 minutes, 28.2 seconds.

Petter Solberg of Norway crashed soon into the stage. The Citroen driver started the second day of the rally in third place after the 15th stage, but had slipped to fourth in the 16th.
