(STATS) - Three University of Montana football players were among those arrested on felony burglary charges following an incident at a Missoula resident early Sunday, according to a report.

The Missoulian newspaper reported Kendrick Van Ackeren, Joseph Counts and John Schmaing, and two other people, Courtney Reep and Maclain Tomlinson, were booked into the Missoula County jail and held on $50,000 bail. Missoula Police Sgt. Collin Rose said there was no evidence of violence or injuries from the incident.

Van Ackeren, a senior outside linebacker, is Montana's leading tackler. Schmaing, a senior, is a starting offensive tackle, while Counts is a redshirt junior running back who is sidelined with an injury.

UM athletic director Kent Haslam said the three players have been suspended indefinitely from all team activities.
