BALTIMORE (AP) Moses Skillon passed for 289 yards and two touchdowns and ran for the winning score with 58 seconds left in Morgan State's 24-21 win over South Carolina State on Saturday.

Skillon directed an 8-play, 46-yard drive, starting with 3:06 to play, as the Bears (6-5, 5-2 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference) ended a nine-game losing streak to the Bulldogs (7-4, 5-2). The key play was a 14-yard run by Herb Walker Jr., on fourth-and-3 from the 39.

A sack by Christopher Robinson forced a fumble that was recovered by Joel Scott to seal the win.

Morgan State took a 17-14 lead on Skillon's 18-yard pass to Ladarius Spearman early in the fourth quarter but Antonio Hamilton returned the ensuing kickoff 98 yards.
