Le'Veon Bell proves he's the best RB in the NFL vs. the Bills

Former Michigan State running back Le’Veon Bell proved that he’s the best running back in the NFL on Sunday afternoon.

If you were one of the many proud owners of Le’Veon Bell is fantasy football, you were probably jumping for joy when he was on a scoring binge Sunday afternoon. If you’re just a Spartan fan, you were happy to see the former Michigan State running back have himself a game.

Either way, it was evident that he remains the top running back in the NFL. There’s a new debate going around about rookie running back Ezekiel Elliott, from Ohio State, taking over as the league’s top back — or even David Johnson. However, that distinction still belongs to Bell.

It was never more evident than on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills as he led the Steelers to a 27-20 victory in the snow. He was fantastic, rushing for 236 yards and three scores while also catching four passes for 62 yards. He’s the league’s most dynamic back, and the best overall.

One of the things that sets him apart from the rest is his combination of size, speed and elusiveness. He can power through guys with his 6-foot-1, 225-pound frame, he can run by defenders or he can hurdle, spin or juke opponents out of their shoes.

Bell did a little bit of everything on Sunday and added to his season total of all-purpose yards. He now has over 1,600 total yards and seven touchdowns on the season even after missing the first three games of the year. He’d have over 2,000 total yards if that didn’t happen.

It’s time to face it, though. Le’Veon Bell is the best running back in the NFL and there’s not much debate to it after Sunday.
