North Dakota gets sweep, tops N Arizona 75-63

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) Troy Huff sparked a decisive run by scoring 14 straight points, pushing North Dakota to a season sweep of Northern Arizona, 75-63 Saturday night.

Huff finished with 28 points on 8 of 18 shooting from the field and 11 of 12 from the line.

North Dakota (12-14, 9-7 Big Sky) shot a crisp 48.9 percent from the field and 9 of 19 from long range to stay in the thick of battle for third place in conference.

Jamal Webb scored 14 points, Lenny Antwi 12 and Alonzo Traylor 11 for North Dakota.

Quinton Upshur came off the bench to score 18 points to lead Northern Arizona (11-16, 8-8), with Kris Yanku adding another 15 points.

North Dakota beat Northern Arizona at home, 84-68. Both teams lost games Thursday, entering Saturday's game in a five-team tie for third place in the Big Sky Conference at 8-7.
