If you’re reading this, it’s likely that you already know and love our weekly chats with Rob Neyer. You’re also probably thinking "How could my life possibly get any better than it is right at this very moment? After all, I get to chat about baseball from work for one solid hour every week."

But cool your jets, hotshot. Because we’re about to introduce live chats with our very own former pitcher/TV personality/writer, C.J. Nitkowski. And this so happens to be the inaugural chat, which potentially means that there will now be two solid hours of chatting — for this week at least.

C.J. played in the majors for 10 seasons and struck out 347 major-league batters in that time. So he knows a thing or two about hardball.

He’s also a regular contributor to our new baseball site JABO, which you should definitely check out.

So go read some of his latest musings and return for the very first edition of Live chats with C.J. Nitkowski, today at 3:30 p.m. ET.
