Josh Donaldson leaves game after appearing to hurt leg

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) Toronto Blue Jays slugger Josh Donaldson left Wednesday game at Tampa Bay in the seventh inning after appearing to injure a leg.

The AL MVP was unable to run out a grounder, limped back to the dugout and was replaced at third base in the bottom of the inning by Darwin Barney, who moved over from second base.

Ryan Goins took over for Barney at second.
