Forbes released its annual NFL valuation list on Wednesday, and there’s a familiar team at the top.

The Dallas Cowboys remain the league’s most valuable franchise according to Forbes with a current value of $4.2 billion – up from $4 billion a year ago. The New England Patriots are second ($3.4 billion), followed by the New York Giants ($3.1 billion) and the San Francisco 49ers ($3 billion). The Washington Redskins round out the top five at $2.95 billion.

The Cowboys, who opened The Star – an incredible new headquarters in Frisco, Texas – this summer, have showed year after year that they’re almost always ahead of the curve with regards to top-notch facilities. From AT&T Stadium to The Star, there isn’t much Dallas doesn’t have at its disposal.

The biggest mover on the list from a year ago are the Los Angeles Rams. On the heels of their move from St. Louis to LA, the Rams jumped from the 28th most valuable franchise to the No. 6 on the list. They saw a 100-percent value change in the past year, with the next highest being the Oakland Raiders, who jumped 47 percent since 2015.

Additionally, every franchise is now worth at least $1.5 billion, which is the exact value of the Buffalo Bills who are the least valuable in the NFL.
