MILWAUKEE (AP) Brewers pitcher Zach Davies has not allowed a hit through six innings against the Oakland Athletics.
Davies has allowed two walks, including one to eighth-place hitter Chris Coghlan to lead off the third. Athletics pitcher Sean Manaea popped out on a bunt attempt before Coco Crisp bounced out to second for a double play to end Oakland's best scoring chance.
Coghlan also hit a sharp liner in the sixth caught by first baseman Chris Carter.
