Published Aug. 21, 2015 12:25 p.m. ET

On Thursday, the Green Bay Packers held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the team's new Hall of Fame at Lambeau Field.

The Packers, founded way back in 1919, have one of the richest histories across the NFL. They have claimed the league title 13 times and have 23 representatives enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

The new Packers Hall of Fame features an Ice Bowl theater, a Brett Favre interactive and loads of historical artifacts. The team offered a closer look at the new installment at Lambeau by sharing a photo gallery and video tour on its official Twitter account.
