Titans sign Farrell to practice squad, waive Westbrook

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) The Tennessee Titans have added offensive lineman Dillon Farrell to their practice squad and have waived tight end Tevin Westbrook.

Farrell, who is 6-foot-5 and 303 pounds, played eight games for the San Francisco 49ers last season. The 25-year-old Farrell had joined the 49ers as an undrafted free agent from New Mexico.

Westbrook had signed with the Titans in May as an undrafted free agent from Florida. The Titans placed Westbrook on their practice squad earlier this month.
