WATCH: Chiefs have a 1,000-yard receiver for first time since ’11!

Kansas City swapped top receivers this offseason. They have to be pleased with that choice.

The Kansas City Chiefs tapped Jeremy Maclin to replace Dwayne Bowe as their No. 1 receiver in the offseason.

The latter found out why on Sunday. Bowe, now with the Cleveland Browns, had a perfect sideline view as his heir surpassed the 1,000-yard mark for the season — and caught a touchdown, to boot.

Bowe was the last Chiefs wideout to top the mark when he did it in 2011. But his production quickly declined; no wideout caught a single touchdown in Bowe’s last year in K.C.

He’s remained touchdown-less for almost two seasons now that he’s a Brown. Just look at how they stack up.
