The Kansas City Chiefs and New York Jets will meet up in an AFC battle in Week 3. Here is a list of those players listed as inactive.

The New York Jets will travel to Kansas City to face the Chiefs an a game that could have major playoff implications. Both teams appear to be headed towards a possible Wildcard, and having this tie-breaker in hand would prove to be huge later in the season. Arrowhead Stadium is a tough place to play on the road, but the Jets have had ten days to prepare after playing on Thursday Night Football.

Through the first two weeks of the season, the Chiefs have been without star running back Jamaal Charles, who is coming back from a torn ACL last year. Spencer Ware has played well in his absence, but the lack of Charles loomed large last week in the Chiefs loss to the Houston Texans. Kansas City did nothing on offense in the game, falling 19-12 on the road.

The Jets finally knocked off former coach Rex Ryan, defeating him for the first time since he became head coach of the Buffalo Bills. Ryan Fitzpatrick threw for over 370 yards in the game, as the Jets showcased a great passing attack. Running back Matt Forte also ran for three scores, and has been a great addition since coming over to New York in the off-season.

This game has the potential to be a close one, as both teams have solid players on both sides of the ball. Kansas City is very tough to beat at home, and they should be able to do enough to beat the Jets.
