Pennington suffers shoulder injury

Published Nov. 14, 2010 7:36 p.m. ET

Miami Dolphins veteran QB Chad Pennington left today's game against the visiting Tennessee Titans early in the first quarter.

Pennington left the field after suffering a right shoulder injury. After being examined, he was on his way to the locker room.

QB Chad Henne, who started the first eight games this season, replaced him.

FOXSports.com's Alex Marvez reports Pennington's return to the game is listed as questionable.
