Bills WR Easley leaves game for concussion test

Updated Mar. 4, 2020 5:57 p.m. ET

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) Buffalo Bills receiver Marcus Easley has left Monday night's game against the New England Patriots with a head injury.

The Bills said he would undergo testing for a concussion and would not return.

The NFL's handling of concussions is under increased scrutiny after St. Louis quarterback Case Keenum was knocked woozy during Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens. He remained in the game, but fumbled two downs later.

The league said Monday it would investigate whether its protocol was followed.
