LAFC gives a virtual walk through of Banc of California Stadium

In the same week the LA Rams had to acquiesce to stadium delays due to mother nature, LA's newest team is using technology to give a "virtual" look at their new digs.

With the help of Gensler Sports, LAFC posted this virtual reality walk through of the new Banc of California stadium:

Admittedly, the clip is a bit "SIMS-y" in its look and feel. But taking into consideration the delays the Rams are facing and the fact LAFC is placing a stadium at the heart of downtown LA, you do start to realize the grandeur of it all.

LAFC is slated to open their new stadium in March of 2018, just before they join Major League Soccer for their inaugural season.

With the Rams now resigned to playing 2018 and 2019 right next door at the LA Coliseum before finally moving to their own stadium in Inglewood, they'll have to be casting a longing eye LAFC's way once fans start filling in Banc of California Stadium.
