What the heck is Marshawn Lynch wearing in warmups?

Seattle running back Marshawn Lynch is one odd duck, er, Seahawk.

He rarely talks to the media, has a penchant for eating Skittles during games and called out his own team when they traded wide receiver Percy Harvin the other day.

The famously reticent Lynch headed out for a walkthrough before today's game against the St. Louis Rams sporting some sort of mouth covering/training gear that looked like a Bane mask as imagined by Dr. Seuss.

Whatever it is, we're guessing he won't -- or can't -- say.

Heck, that may be the point.
