Referee calls false start penalty on 'everyone but the center'

Nearly the entire Tennessee Titans offensive line committed a false start in the first quarter against the Colts, and instead of listing out the numbers of the offenders, the referee kept things simple in his announcement to the crowd.

Marcus Mariota could only stand and watch as his line swarmed around the center prior to the snap in a scene that looked more like a rugby scrum than an NFL play.
