With the latest round of Michael Jordan crying memes out after the Panthers lost the Super Bowl, the NBA legend has actually responded to how he feels about his tears being turned into cheers and laughs.

This Jordan crying meme doesn't seem to be dying down anytime soon. That said, it seems like His Airness doesn't mind the recent attention.

A rep for the NBA legend says MJ is actually cool with the phenomenon ... telling us, "Everyone seems to be having fun with the meme."
As everyone knows, Michael is fiercely protective of his brand -- but his rep says, "We haven't seen anyone using it to promote their commercial interests, which is something that we're monitoring."
