McAfee, Colts offer support after employee's puppy reportedly stolen in home burglary

Indianapolis Colts employee Troy Glendenning's rural Indiana home had been reportedly broken into two times in 2013, with thieves making off with a Super Bowl ring and a signed Peyton Manning jersey, among other things, from the facilities manager's one-of-a-kind collection.

Last week, burglars apparently struck his Boone County, Indiana, house again, taking Glenddening's television, computer, and something really irreplacable: his nine-month-old boxer puppy, Vegas.

"Now it's really personal," Glendenning told the Indy Star. "It's always personal because you feel violated when someone comes into your home, but now . . . they've taken a loved one."

The dognapping (who takes another person's puppy?!) has tugged at many heartstrings, even spurring Pro Bowl punter Pat McAfee and the Colts team to offer their support. There is a $6,000 reward for Vegas' return.

"Drop it off at a shelter, drop it off at my front door, make a phone call, something, take it to a vet whatever, just I want my dog back," Glendenning told FOX59. "That's my focus now. Not the television, not the computer, none of that, it's about the dog at this point. So whatever you can do to get my dog back, do it. Have a heart and do it."
