Green Bay Packers WR Jordy Nelson holds charity softball game (PHOTOS)

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson held a charity softball game this week, pinning the offense against the defense in an unfamiliar sport. The Packers had a media crew on site for highlights and interviews.

Those in attendance got to see quarterback Aaron Rodgers test his arm strength with a softball, among other unusual feats of athleticism.

Not to be outdone at his own event, Nelson fired off a home run on his first at bat.

But when it came to sluggers, no one jacked more bombs in the Packers home run derby than tight end Richard Rodgers.

Originally started by former Packers wide receiver Donald Driver, Nelson has helped keep the annual softball event, which benefits a variety of local charities, alive beyond Driver's retirement from the NFL.

This year's "victor" was the Packers defense, although everyone who participates and attends Nelson's event leaves a winner.
