The San Antonio Spurs are the closest thing professional sports has to a family. Despite coming from different backgrounds all over the world, everyone on the team appears to be so close on and off the court. And their bond lasts long after someone gets traded or retires.

Case in point: The Spurs recently went out to dinner in Atlanta with old teammate Tiago Splitter, who was recently dealt to the Hawks so San Antonio would have enough cap space for LaMarcus Aldridge.

For roughly 1,000 reasons, this is amazing. From Tim Duncan's Green Lantern t-shirt to Tony Parker's face. The Spurs are truly something else.
