Pedro Báez - Moving rehab to Triple-ABaez (shoulder) will report to Triple-A Sugar Land to begin a rehab assignment Thursday or Friday, Jake Kaplan of The Athletic reports.
ImpactThe veteran right-hander completed a bullpen session Tuesday after returning from his two-game rehab stint with High-A Fayetteville, and he'll continue the rehab assignment in the upper minors. Baez has yet to pitch for Houston this season while returning from a shoulder injury, and he'll likely need a couple more games in the minors before being activated.

Josh James - Getting evaluated by doctorsJames (hamstring) returned to Houston to be looked at by the club's medical staff after being hit by a line drive during his July 16 rehab outing, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com report...
ImpactJames had to exit the outing after just one inning and nine pitches, and he has not pitched since. The club will likely determine whether he needs to further pause his rehab stint after he's looked at by doctors Tuesday, and for the time being it seems likely that his activation will be pushed back to at least next week.

Alex Bregman - Still working toward rehab stintBregman (quad) said Tuesday that he will run the bases a few more times at high intensity before beginning a minor-league rehab assignment, Jake Kaplan of The Athletic reports.
ImpactBregman increased the speed of his base running Tuesday, and so long as he's able to the same during the next day or two, it sounds like he could begin a rehab assignment as soon as this weekend. The third baseman is expected to need somewhere between 15 and 30 at-bats in the minors before being activated, which amounts to roughly 4-to-7 games. With that in mind, Bregman has an outside chance of being reinstated by the end of July, though an early August return figures to be more likely at this point.
