John Force steals spotlight from daughter, Courtney, in interview before the Clash

John Force is a national treasure. And a complete and utter maniac. And the best NHRA Funny Car racer of all-time.

Force, 67, just signed a lifetime contract with sponsor Peak Antifreeze to drive his Chevrolet Camaro Funny Car for however long he wants to.

Courtney Force, John’s daughter and herself a damned good Funny Car shoe, stopped by for an interview with FS1 prior to the start of the Advance Auto Parts Clash at Daytona International Speedway, where she is the honorary pace car driver.

But it was John who stole the show as he has done so often during his legendary career. Watch and enjoy.
