OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) Houston Rockets guard James Harden has a hyperextended right elbow and is scheduled to have an MRI on the injury.

Harden injured his elbow in a collision with David Lee in the closing minutes of Houston's 102-99 overtime loss to the Golden State Warriors late Thursday night. Harden had an X-ray after the game but the results had not come back. He was scheduled to have an MRI when the Rockets arrive in Phoenix, where they play Sunday.

Harden scored 34 of his 39 points in the second half in the loss, which snapped the Rockets' eight-game winning streak.

Harden says when the collision occurred he thought he broke his arm. He stayed in the game and said afterward his elbow was still in pain and throbbing, ''but hopefully it's nothing too serious.''
