Rams make an eye-catching change to their helmets for the 2017 season

The Rams finished their first season back in Los Angeles with a record of 4-12, and next season doesn't figure to be a whole lot better.

But L.A. does have tradition on its side, and the fans can at least take solace in the fact that the team will lean heavily on its past when donning its uniforms in 2017.

The Rams are looking for fans to vote on the colors for the pants, which will not have gold on them next season. The jerseys, however, will still feature "hints of gold," which may or may not go well with the decision to revert back to the blue and white scheme.
