Dale Earnhardt Jr. pumped to wear cool new helmet by Daytona

If anyone is still doubting Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s resolve to return to NASCAR Premier Series racing by the 2017 Daytona 500, they might want to take note that he sure seems to be gearing up for it in a big way.

One day after revealing a new primary 2017 paint scheme for his Nationwide-sponsored No. 88 car that he'll presumably run in the 500 in a return from the concussion injury that robbed him of his second half of 2016, Earnhardt took to Twitter to unveil the cool helmet he intends to wear.

Check it out below. Oh, and did we mention that it just so happens to be 88 days until Daytona today?
