Domi, 2015-16 Coyotes ready to debut

Max Domi is set to make his NHL debut tonight when the Coyotes open the 2015-16 season against the Kings in Los Angeles.

Domi will be the highest homegrown draft pick -- 12th overall in 2013 -- to debut for the Coyotes since defenseman Oliver Ekman-Larsson --No. 6 in 2009 -- first appeared five years ago. Domi twice was returned to the junior ranks after failing to make the Coyotes out of training camp.

But now his time has come.
