Artem Zub - Three helpers against San JoseZub picked up three assists while adding a team-high seven shots on net, two hits, one blocked shot and a plus-3 rating in Saturday's 5-4 win over the Sharks.
ImpactIt's the first multi-point performance in over a month for Zub, who had just one goal and four points in the 16 games between those outbursts. The 28-year-old blueliner is still headed for a career-best campaign, producing three goals and 14 points in 30 games with 51 blocked shots, 48 hits, 42 shots on goal and a plus-4 rating.

Brady Tkachuk - Two-point effort SaturdayTkachuk delivered a goal and an assist with four shots on net, three hits and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 5-4 win over the Sharks.
ImpactHe tied up the back-and-forth affair at 3-3 early in the second period, coming off the bench and walking into a one-timer from the faceoff circle to the left of Mackenzie Blackwood. Tkachuk has been heating up, churning out four goals and 10 points in the last 10 games, but that comes on the heels of an eight-game stretch in which he managed only one goal and two points. The 24-year-old winger will need to put together a longer run of consistency if he wants to match the career-best 83 points he produced in 2022-23.

Vladimir Tarasenko - Two points including GWGTarasenko scored the game-winning goal and added an assist in Saturday's 5-4 victory over the Sharks.
ImpactWith just five seconds left in the third period, Tarasenko fought off a check and kept his feet in front of the net, and he got rewarded when a rebound bounced right to him, allowing him to bang home the winner. The veteran winger has a modest three-game point streak going and has three multi-point efforts in the last nine, producing four goals and eight points over that stretch.

Drake Batherson - Two points in Saturday's winBatherson scored a goal on six shots on net and added an assist, two hits, two PIM and a plus-1 rating in Saturday's 5-4 win over the Sharks.
ImpactThe 25-year-old winger pounced on a rebound midway through the second period and flipped the puck past a sprawling Mackenzie Blackwood. Batherson has been an incredibly consistent producer for the Senators in 2023-24 -- since being held off the scoresheet for the first three games of the season, he hasn't gone more than two games without recording a point. That's put him on pace for career-best numbers, and through 38 contests Batherson has racked up 15 goals and 33 points.

Tim Stutzle - Four helpers against SharksStutzle recorded four assists in Saturday's 5-4 win over San Jose.
ImpactThe only Senators goal Stutzle didn't have a hand in was the team's first one. The 21-year-old has just one helper in his prior seven games, his slowest spell of the season, but it looks like he's heating up again. On the season, Stutzle has seven goals and 38 points in 38 contests.

Joonas Korpisalo - Bailed out by offenseKorpisalo turned aside 14 shots in Saturday's 5-4 win over the Sharks.
ImpactThe 29-year-old netminder didn't really have much chance on any of the pucks that beat him, as the Ottawa defense kept leaving San Jose skaters wide open for rebounds and one-timers, but the Senators' offense was able to make up for it. Korpisalo is the team's No. 1 goalie right now with Anton Forsberg (groin) out until at least February, but a rough 4.24 GAA and .862 save percentage over his last 12 outings could give Mads Sogaard a chance to move past him on the depth chart with a good performance or two.
