Conor McGregor, Nate Diaz hit the mark at the UFC 202 weigh-ins

Updated Mar. 5, 2020 2:05 a.m. ET

Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz both hit the scales on Friday to make their main event rematch at UFC 202 official.

Fighters had a two-hour window to weigh in with Diaz as the second fighter overall to step on the scale while hitting the mark at 170.5 pounds.

McGregor appeared at just before 9:30 a.m. and came in two pounds under the welterweight limit at 168 pounds.

McGregor and Diaz were both expected to make weight without incident considering neither one typically competes in the welterweight division. Both fighters looked fit and trim ahead of the rematch with McGregor and Diaz having a full training camp for the welterweight showdown Saturday night.

While McGregor notoriously has a reputation for running late, he was a half-hour ahead of the cutoff time for fighters to hit the scale.

Lorenz Larkin was actually the last fighter to close down the weigh-ins as he hit the mark at 170.75 pounds for his bout with Neil Magny.

Most of the fighters hitting the scale on Friday morning were already on the mark within the first hour of the weigh-ins, which ran from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the morning.

The Nevada State Athletic Commission oversaw the proceedings with the fighters allowed two hours to hit the scale.

Fighters will still face off at the televised UFC 202 weigh-ins on Friday starting at 7 p.m. ET from the MGM in Las Vegas.

Anthony "Rumble" Johnson and Glover Teixeira both came in at 205.5 pounds ahead of their co-main event bout. Johnson and Teixeira are gunning for an impressive performance to potentially earn a title shot against light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier.

Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone was all smiles making the welterweight limit for his third consecutive fight coming it at 170 pounds.  His opponent Rick Story was also on point at 171 pounds.

After the fighters weighed in, the UFC provided them with food and beverages along with a physician backstage to check them out after hitting the scale.
