Ryan Lochte debuts shocking new 'do ahead of Rio Olympics

Swimmer Ryan Lochte is commemorating his fourth dip in the Olympics pool with an icy new look.

In preparation for next week's Rio Summer Games, the Lochtenator debuted this new 'do with his best Blue Steel on his Instagram account on Saturday:

Though the jury is out as to what color his hair is, exactly. Lochte calls it light blue, though others seem to think it's more whitish gray.
