AL Wild Card beer-throwing suspect no longer employed by Canada's Postmedia outlet

Ken Pagan, the one-time Postmedia sports copy editor, who was charged by Toronto police with mischief for allegedly throwing a beer can at Baltimore Orioles outfielder Hyun Soo Kim during the American League wild-card game, no longer works for the media outlet.

Per a report via The Globe and Mail's Jill Mahoney, Postmedia spokeswoman Georgia Sourtzis issued a release via e-mail that “Ken Pagan has left Postmedia". In addition: Global News reports that Sourtzis would not say if Ken Pagan was fired or if he resigned.

 

Pagan is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 10.
