Cardinals pitchers and catchers have already reported to spring training in Jupiter, Florida, along with a number of eager position players who couldn’t wait until their mandatory report date Monday.

BLUES ROLL INTO ARIZONA

Blues forward Jaden Schwartz

Jaden Schwartz returned to the St. Louis lineup a week ago and the Blues haven’t lost since, beating the Panthers, Lightning, Stars and Kings along the way. It was Schwartz who scored the game-winner in overtime Thursday against LA. The Blues go for their fifth straight win Saturday at Arizona (8 p.m. on FOX Sports Midwest).

TIGERS ENTER WEEKEND ON A ROLL OF THEIR OWN

Missouri’s Ryan Rosburg

Mizzou has won only 10 games all season, but two of them were the last two it played, both at home over Tennessee and South Carolina. The Tigers will try to make it three in a row at Arkansas (12-14) at 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

THE BILLIKENS ARE COMING OFF A WIN, TOO

Saint Louis ended a five-game skid with a victory Wednesday at George Mason. The Billikens could make it two in a row with a home game at 7 p.m. Saturday against Fordham, also 4-9 in the Atlantic 10.
