USC Football: Sam Darnold makes incredible pass to wakeboarder (Video)

USC football"s Sam Darnold made an amazing pass to a wakeboarder while riding on the back of a boat.

The offseason is a time for players and coaches to unwind, knowing that the rigorous summer practices are coming. For some schools, practices have already begun and the weekends are the time to relax. For USC football's Sam Darnold, he likes to take to the water to unwind, apparently.

While recently kicking back and enjoying the California sun on a boat, Darnold still wanted to showcase his rocket arm. Heck, I think the accuracy of this boat-to-moving-wakeboarder throw is more impressive than his arm strength.

Darnold posted the video to his Instagram page, stating that he may have found the next great USC wide receiver.

The wakeboarder is Sean Morrissey, a USC men's volleyball player who is clearly an impressive athlete. The throw may have been a little high, but to toss a ball like that, while possibly sitting down on the back of a boat, to a moving wakeboarder is impressive, nonetheless.

Many believe Darnold will be the No. 1 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft and if he's making throws like this in water, just imagine how impressive he will be once again while playing on solid ground in 2017. He had a breakout redshirt freshman season and is expected to have an even bigger sophomore campaign.

If he's making throws like this in the middle of the summer, Pac-12 defenses, and the rest of college football, can gear up for the year of Darnold.
