Watch Jim Harbaugh, Jabrill Peppers and Michigan hit Maryland with a rude trick play

We can't be sure if Jim Harbaugh is holding grudges or if he's just bored by all the winning his team is doing. But the Michigan head coach continues to find ways to get weird this season.

The latest example of peculiarity: This double pass play against Maryland Saturday.

This play almost didn't work — while Jabrill Peppers' pass back to quarterback Wilton Speight was on the money, his pass was into triple coverage along the sideline. But it worked.

It was also totally unnecessary. If you're going to do a trick play, Jim, make sure that it ends with the ball in Peppers' hands. He can't win the Heisman with secondary assists.

And we should presume it's a coincidence that Maryland is coached by Harbaugh's former defensive coordinator DJ Durkin, right?
