Cody Ceci takes summer adventures to new heights
Professional athletes frequently have clauses in their contracts which prohibit them from doing certain thrilling activities in order to help prevent injury, but sailing is not usually a sport which holds a high risk for getting hurt. Sailing the way Cody Ceci did this summer though? Maybe it's not something a GM wants to see his player doing.
Ceci recently posted a photo on his Instagram account of his climb to the top of a mast of a sailboat, and anyone who is scared of heights might want to refrain from taking a look. Even worse? An earlier photo on his Instagram account claims the boat he is sailing on is called the "Maple Leaf", and the Toronto Maple Leafs are, of course, one of Ottawa's Atlantic Division rivals.
The 2014-15 season was Ceci's first full season with the Senators, as he played in 81 games and scored 21 points as the youngest blue-liner on the team.
