Steelers linebacker Arthur Moats tweeted an apology to Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel for his egregious face mask tackle on Sunday.
Manziel was fortunate that he only lost a contact on the head-spinning tackle, as Moats dragged him down by his facemask, claiming his hand got caught. Manziel was understanding and accepted Moats' apology.

@DCNC70 honestly I wanted to but my hand was stuck. Knew I got him pretty bad which is why I didn't even celebrate after the sack.

Mike Pereira of FOX Sports says Moats can expect a fine for one of the fiercest face mask penalties he's seen.
