Redskins Orakpo takes page from infamous comic villain

Redskins linebacker Brian Orakpo is going to be taking intimidation to the next level this season by borrowing a look from the infamous Batman villain Bane.
Following in the footsteps of New York Giants' Justin Tuck, Orakpo is switching over to a highly protective facemask to prevent getting poked in the face, and giving opponents less places to grab his mask.
The villain look is just an added bonus, but perhaps that was intentional as Orakpo hinted earlier this year during Washington's OTA's.
"It's a secret. No one else will have this one. I want to credit J. Tuck, the homie, for starting this trend, but I went ahead and created my own little deal. I got it coming soon," Orakpo hinted previously. "Think Bane, from Batman."
So, if Orakpo is Bane, does that make Tony Romo Batman?
If the 2012 hit movie The Dark Knight Rises is any indication of what is to come next season, Romo is going to have his hands full when the Redskins come to town on October 13.
