Ebron, selected 10th overall, posted a photo of himself signing the contract with the following message: "Done Deal! I Am Officially a Detroit Lion." He's 6-foot-4, 250 pounds and expected to give the Lions another down-field pass-catching threat to go with Calvin Johnson and Golden Tate. Ebron impressed Lions veteran tight end Brandon Pettigrew with his approach during the team's recently completed offseason practice and workout program. "He's a quick learner," Pettigrew said. "Great route runner. A savvy young player. He's going to make some big plays, there's no doubt about that. "Everybody sees that. He comes right in, fits right in with the veteran guys. He's going to be a good fit for us."
