No matter what you think of Tim Tebow as a quarterback, you can't deny that he walks the walk when it comes to giving back off the field.
The Tim Tebow Foundation sponsored a worldwide prom, "Night to Shine," for people with special needs over the weekend.
This year's event, which was simultaneously hosted on Friday by 200 churches in 48 states and seven countries, provided a night to remember for more than 32,000 people with special needs.
"I am so thankful for the 200 host churches and more than 70,000 volunteers that showed God's love by celebrating people with special needs and are turning Night to Shine into a worldwide movement," said Tebow. "The Night to Shine movement is more than just a prom; it is a night where people with special needs shine and they are told that they matter, that they are important and that God has a plan for their life!"
Tebow surprised the prom crowd at St. Malachy's Roman Catholic Church in New York City. As you can see by the pictures, he gave many people a night they never forget.
