While the Atlanta Hawks make their way through injuries and the second month of the NBA season, forward Thabo Sefolosha is simultaneously dealing with the repercussions of his injury and arrest at the hands of the NYPD. After being cleared of all charges, Sefolosha announced that he was considering a suit against the department and the city of New York.

Now, according to a report, there could be a forthcoming settlement offer from the city to Sefolosha:

ESPN.com's Kevin Arnovitz also reports that a portion of any settlement won by Sefolosha will go to a legal advocacy organization based in Atlanta.
