Carl Grundstrom - Returning to LA for evaluationGrundstrom (lower body) has returned to LA to be evaluated, Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site reports Wednesday.
ImpactGrundstrom was injured during Tuesday's 7-0 loss to Buffalo. He has eight goals, 12 points, 95 shots and 107 hits in 50 outings this season. With Grundstrom in LA, he probably won't be an option for Thursday's game in New Jersey, but perhaps he'll be able to rejoin the team in Boston ahead of Saturday's contest if the results of his evaluation are encouraging. When the 26-year-old is available, he will likely serve on the fourth line.

Jacob Bryson - Two helpers TuesdayBryson picked up two assists while adding two blocked shots, two PIM and a plus-4 rating in Tuesday's 7-0 win over the Kings.
ImpactThe 26-year-old blueliner collected his first points in six NHL games this season, getting a regular shift with Owen Power (hand) sidelined. Bryson hasn't shown much offensive upside as a pro -- his best season in the AHL came in 2019-20, when he scored four goals and 27 points in 61 games for Rochester -- and he's unlikely to make much fantasy impact in an expanded role.

Rasmus Dahlin - Two points against KingsDahlin scored an even-strength goal and added a power-play assist in Tuesday's 7-0 rout of the Kings.
ImpactThe 23-year-old blueliner produced his first multi-point performance since Jan. 11, but Dahlin has been delivering consistent offense for the Sabres for the past six weeks. He's been held off the scoresheet only five times in 14 games since the beginning of January, racking up four goals and 12 points over that stretch, and he sits one goal shy of tying the career-high 15 he notched in 2022-23.

Alex Tuch - Two-point effort TuesdayTuch produced a goal and an assist in Tuesday's 7-0 win over the Kings.
ImpactBoth points came in the third period to put the finishing touches on the rout. Since the beginning of January, Tuch has delivered six goals and 12 points in 14 games -- his most consistent stretch of the season so far.

JJ Peterka - Two points in Tuesday's routPeterka scored the game-winning goal and added an assist in Tuesday's 7-0 win over the Kings.
ImpactThe 22-year-old opened the scoring early in the first period. He fired a shot at David Rittich that trickled through the netminder and lay in the crease, and Peterka had enough time to completely circle the net and tap the puck home on his backhand before anyone on the Kings' defense reacted. He's delivered three multi-point performances in the last five games, a stretch in which he's piled up five goals and seven points.
