Walker Kessler - Game-high 12 boards, five blocksKessler finished with nine points (4-6 FG, 1-2 FT), 12 rebounds, two assists, five blocks and one steal across 27 minutes during Saturday's 118-102 win over the Spurs.
ImpactKessler was nearly invisible in the first half, scoring four points on 2-of-3 shooting from the floor while adding just two rebounds. He came out strong after the break, however, posting seven boards in the third quarter and four blocks in the final period to help Utah win its second straight game at home. The big man led the contest in both rebounds (12) and blocked shots (five), though he did fail to score in double figures for a second straight game. Kessler is now averaging 14.6 rebounds and 5.0 blocks per game over his last three outings.

Jeremy Sochan - Leads team with 22 pointsSochan ended with 22 points (8-18 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 5-7 FT), six rebounds and two assists across 32 minutes during Saturday's 118-102 loss to Utah.
ImpactSochan put together a solid first half with 13 points on 4-of-9 shooting from the field to go along with three rebounds and two assists. He added another nine points in the second half, seven of which came in the fourth quarter as San Antonio suffered its 16th consecutive loss at the hands of the Jazz. Sochan led the Spurs with 22 points in the contest, his fourth time breaking the 20-point mark this season, though he's still shooting just 36.1 percent from the field in February.

Keldon Johnson - Struggles outside of second quarterJohnson ended Saturday's 118-102 loss to Utah with 18 points (9-22 FG, 0-5 3Pt), seven rebounds, three assists and one block in 37 minutes.
ImpactAfter a scoreless first quarter, Johnson got hot in the second period with 10 points on 5-of-7 shooting from the field. Unfortunately the small forward cooled off after the break, knocking down just four of 12 shot attempts for another nine points as the Spurs lost their 16th straight. Johnson has scored at least 18 points in every game this month, but he's shooting a miserable 17.6 percent from beyond the arc over that stretch.

Lauri Markkanen - Drops 14 points in fourth quarterMarkkanen accumulated 27 points (9-17 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 6-6 FT), four rebounds and two assists over 32 minutes during Saturday's 118-102 victory over the Spurs.
ImpactMarkkanen got off to a bit of a slow start with seven points on 3-of-8 shooting from the field in the first half, adding just one assist. He picked up the tempo after the break and was particularly excellent in the fourth quarter, knocking down five of six field-goal attempts for 14 points as the Jazz ran away with the win. The power forward finished with a game-high 27 points and has scored at least 27 in four straight. Markkanen has also gone a perfect 23-of-23 from the free-throw line over his last three contests.
