Ziaire Williams - Quiet again in lossWilliams totaled six points (3-6 FG, 0-3 3Pt), two rebounds and one steal across 19 minutes during Wednesday's 123-119 loss to the Trail Blazers.
ImpactWilliams remained in the starting lineup but was unable to move the fantasy needle, turning in another underwhelming performance. He has now scored in single digits in four straight games, adding very little in terms of peripheral production. While he has been able to flash some upside this season, he is simply far too inconsistent to be rostered outside of deeper formats.

Desmond Bane - Lands career-high seven triplesBane ended Wednesday's 123-119 loss to the Trail Blazers with 30 points (9-19 FG, 7-12 3Pt, 5-5 FT), five rebounds, one assist and one steal over 36 minutes.
ImpactBane was one of only three Grizzlies players to score in double figures during Wednesday's disappointing loss. He erupted from beyond the perimeter, nailing a career-high seven triples. Bane has been a revelation this season, from both a reality and a fantasy perspective. Despite being available toward the backend of most drafts, he has been a solid midround performer all the way. He has established himself as a key piece in the rotation and should be able to maintain his current production, despite the impending return of Dillon Brooks.

Ja Morant - Blows up with season-high 44 pointsMorant logged 44 points (11-20 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 21-25 FT), five rebounds, 11 assists and one block in 38 minutes during Wednesday's 123-119 loss to the Trail Blazers.
ImpactMorant returned from a one-game absence and put up a season-high 44 points. He was obviously not bothered by the injury and will enter the All-Star game in red-hot form. It's been a breakout season for Morant, at least when it comes to his overall fantasy output. He is posting career-high numbers in basically every category and has the Grizzlies poised for a deep playoff run. Anyone who was able to acquire his services this season has to be thrilled with the return on investment.
